We have 2 'premium' rooms and 5 'budget' rooms. Our premium rooms offer more space. One overlooks the Bay with access to the balcony, and the other has a sofa in addition to the bed.
Our 'budget' rooms do not have views of the Bay. They do have en suite bathrooms.
All our rooms have a double bed, cable TV, a desk and chair with nearby power outlet, a fan, a bedside table with light and a bathroom en suite. All the windows are fully screened. 2 rooms have a single bed in addition to the double bed.

(1) Premium room (with T.V., sofa and A/C) $30.00
(1) Premium room (with T.V., A/C, and access to balcony) $30.00
Use of A/C is an additional $5 per night.
Additional persons $5 per night
The Belize Tourism Board forces us to add a 9% tourism tax.
